You can offer services that include, cleaning of the apartment, carpet cleaning, fixing of tiles for those that prefer tiled floors, painting walls or putting up lovely wallpapers. You should also be able to fix stuff around the house in case you meet clients that do not have enough resources to afford new stuff, even if you can’t, you can always get cheap labour that can do this and you supervise.

You will need to invest in good quality cleaning equipment (sweeper, carpet cleaner, mops, and brushes) and general house cleaning products. The amount of money needed to start this kind of service is minimal.

Where to get Clients:
• Network with friends, talk to anybody you meet, they could know someone that needs your services, promote it vigorously.
• Advertise your services to real estate firms that let houses out.
• You can get a contract with a multi-unit apartment complex offering short term lease options.
This business will involve hard work, so you need to be very hardworking to succeed here.
